Gallery: New Zealand

In 2008 we made our first trip to New Zealand, visiting our son Matt, his wife and their two young sons, who live in Gisborne, the surfing capital of NZ (also a primary enclave of Maoris). We traveled a bit, too. It’s a good place, New Zealand.

I made about forty smallish watercolors, all plein air. Of the fourteen shown here, 11 are at Quicksilver Gallery in Forestville (see link). All are solely watercolor on archival paper. Clicking can enlarge small images.
